Our March fusing class we will be making glass cactus plants while learning about basic glass fusing skills. Each person gets to cut and design 2 cactus plants using flat glass, frit, and glass stringer. Once the pieces are complete, they will need to be fired in the kiln. Items will be ready to be picked up and shown off the following week. Each piece will go home in their own little terracotta pot; they will be about 6" in height in the container. This class is great for ages 8 and up; kids under 10 yrs old may need assistance from an adult.
